- Are Rose + Thyme products vegan and cruelty-free?
- Yes. Every Rose + Thyme product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients and we never test on animals — not as a finished product and not at any stage of ingredient sourcing.
- What ingredients do you avoid?
- We don't formulate with sulfates, synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or unnecessary fillers. Our products are made with carefully selected botanical ingredients chosen for both effectiveness and gentleness on the skin.
- Where do you ship and how long does it take?
- We ship across the United States, Canada, and internationally. US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Canadian orders take 5–10 business days, and international orders 10–21 business days depending on destination.
- Is shipping free?
- US orders over $75 ship free. Below $75, US shipping is a flat $6. Canada is a flat $15. International is a flat $25. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout once you enter your address.
- What's your return policy?
- If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at admin@therosethyme.com and we'll make it right. Because skincare is a personal product, opened items can't be resold, but we'll always work with you on a refund or replacement.
- How do I use my welcome discount code?
- When you join our email list at the bottom of any page, we send you a unique 15% off welcome code that's valid for 30 days. Enter the code in the 'Discount code' field at checkout and click 'Calculate totals' to apply it.
- Are products made in small batches?
- Yes. Every formula is hand-crafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. This means inventory of each product is limited and may sell out periodically — joining our email list is the best way to hear about restocks.
- Do you offer samples?
- Not currently. Because our products are small-batch, we focus production on full-size goods. If you're unsure which product is right for your skin, email us at admin@therosethyme.com and we'll happily make a recommendation.
- How should I store my products?
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our formulas are all-natural and contain no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using opened products within 6 months for best results.
